J took the day off and we decided to take our last weekday trip together before A's school starts! All 4 1/2 of us went up to Grandfather Mountain, NC. And yes all 4 1/2 of us crossed the mile high swinging bridge!!
Here's our proof! This is in the middle of the bridge!
After lunch we decided to be a little adventurous and take about a 2mile hike on one of the trails off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had a blast! You had to cross over little streams every once and a while which A thought was absolutely the coolest thing ever! He did a great job! Now he is asking when can we go back???
