Treats

I had a great time making several treats this Halloween season. First off we made Tootsie Pop Ghosts. Clarke had a great time helping me make these. She was allowed to bring one treat for everyone in her class to pass around on the day that they had their costume parade. Well that was October 28. She was out sick that day. Today was her first day back and she was so excited to give them out. 

The second treat that I made was candycorn marshmellows. I think that these were the biggest hit. I found them on Pinterest, and knew that I had to make them! They turned out really well and taste real good too. I packaged them up individually. Sent them to the party at Holly and Tom's that I had to miss to be at home with sick Clarke. 

 And of course I had to send along some cupcakes. I was a little upset, because I could not find one key ingredient for the cupcakes that I wanted to make. But I am NOT telling what they are- you'll have to wait until next Halloween!

So I settled on Mummys and orange cupcakes with spiders on top.

And one more- I had to show a cute little picture of my baby lion cub. Isn't he the cutest???
