Week (or two) in Review

Where to begin?
Kaya is recovering wonderfully from her surgery. I have no idea how she made it without pain meds! She still has stitches (which she will get removed Thurs), however, she has learned to do everything with 3 legs! Still not bearing weight on the repaired leg, but she can run, jump, etc!
Our house projects are coming along nicely.....THANKS to J!
The bonus room is coming along. We got our kitchen table....FINALLY. I think they had to make it. It took several months. Our kitchen is finally looking normal. Its a lovely black round pedastal table, with black chairs! We are still waiting on the barstools, which are on back order. Hopefully they will come in before Christmas. J took on the project of moving the light over the kitchen table. I don't know how the people that lived her before managed with a like hanging down in the middle of the walkway! Its now centered with the table! Next.....we will order our TV console. We already have it picked out. Currently, our TV is sitting on the floor!! I am just not sure how that is going to look with a beautiful Christmas tree beside it?!? I guess we will manage.
Next......baby room! I can't decide between blue or yellow for the walls. I probably wouldn't paint except the walls are awful! The paint job is terrible. I think when they put this house on the market they had painters come in, and do 1 coat on everything! Some rooms are OK, but this one just has to be painted.
I can't believe next week is Thanksgiving! I love this season! (Secretly I am ready to decorate my new house for Christmas...but my rule is nothing until after Thanksgiving!)
