we have been struggling to take our afternoon nap! mommy is just not ready for A to give it up. last friday (my birthday) J put A down for a nap. he was extremely exhausted! J ran to the store for a few items......i remembered something else, so i ran out to tell him. this is what i saw in the upstairs window! crazy kid doesn't give up! needless to say, he didn't nap that day.

Nap......OR NOT

This is my greatest fear- Luke being done with naps. My other 2 napped all the way until they started school and even occasionally after starting school. Naps are mommy time.
Oh my goodness that brings back memories. Wyatt gave up naps at an early age. Seems he just didn't need them. The buddies will still take one if I make them lay down. (Levi will too, but don't tell him I said so, lol) I would tell Wyatt that he had to stay on his bed for one hour in the afternoon. He could read books or what-have-you, but he had to remain quiet so the buddies could sleep. (and Mommy)
