Grandpop and Grandma Ginny came to visit us on Sunday and Monday. It worked out well. I worked Friday and Saturday night, and they arrived just a couple of hours before I woke up Sunday afternoon. On their last visit I felt like I didn't get to spend much time with them because I was working all weekend.
We celebrated Grandpop's Birthday, which was a few days before on September 2nd. And of course the kids had to help open the presents!
Since I worked the two nights before they came, I didn't have time to make a cake (which for those of you who don't know, it KILLS me to buy a birthday cake). We ended up picking up a marble cheesecake from HT which was absolutely delicious! I don't think anyone was disappointed!
